Investorem 1. f\u00e1ze roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1vodu je spole\u010dnost La Lorraine, a.s., gener\u00e1ln\u00edm projektantem MS architekti s.r.o. a hlavn\u00edm dodavatelem stavby spole\u010dnost IMOS Brno, a.s.. Stav\u011bt se za\u010dalo v listopadu 2018 a o rok pozd\u011bji, tedy v listopadu 2019, by m\u011bla b\u00fdt prvn\u00ed f\u00e1ze roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1vodu ukon\u010dena.<\/p>\n
Podle z\u00e1stupce gener\u00e1ln\u00edho projektanta, spole\u010dnosti MS architekti s.r.o., Mgr. Serhii Leshchenka, byl hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdzvou projekt 40 metr\u016f vysok\u00e9ho mraz\u00edrensk\u00e9ho skladu o p\u016fdorysu 130 x 45 metr\u016f. \u201eSou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu je i vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed administrativn\u00edho z\u00e1zem\u00ed a sofistikovan\u00e9 struktury vnitroare\u00e1lov\u00fdch komunikac\u00ed. V prvn\u00ed etap\u011b jsme produkci kladensk\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu pos\u00edlili o v\u00fdrobn\u00ed linky nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Bylo t\u0159eba zabezpe\u010dit vysokou po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed odolnost konstrukc\u00ed a naplnit hygienick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, kladen\u00e9 na stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly. N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 geologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky si vy\u017e\u00e1daly optimalizovan\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konstruk\u010dn\u00edch st\u011bn. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 bylo nutn\u00e9 objekty projektovat s ohledem na perspektivu dal\u0161\u00edho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed v budoucnu. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Ytong jsme dok\u00e1zali vyhov\u011bt extr\u00e9mn\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm na samonosn\u00e9 st\u011bny vysok\u00e9 a\u017e 15 metr\u016f. Energetick\u00e1 efektivita a celkov\u00e1 \u00faspora energi\u00ed je u takov\u00e9ho projektu samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 prvn\u00ed etapy je efektivn\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed linka, za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00e1 do hmotov\u00e9 sestavy are\u00e1lu i do okoln\u00ed krajiny.\u201c<\/p>\n
Jan Tinka, mana\u017eer pro kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 projekty spole\u010dnosti Ytong, k tomu uv\u00e1d\u00ed:\u00a0\u201eStavebn\u011b se z pohledu na\u0161ich materi\u00e1l\u016f jedn\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na o vyzd\u00edvky a p\u0159edezd\u00edvky sloupov\u00e9ho skeletu u obou nov\u00fdch objekt\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl maj\u00ed tv\u00e1rnice Ytong Statik (P4-550) 200 a 250 mm.\u00a0Skladba obvodov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b\u00a0je navr\u017eena u t\u011bchto objekt\u016f (hal) s velik\u00fdm d\u016frazem na tepeln\u011b-technick\u00e9 vlastnosti ob\u00e1lky\/budovy a takov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky dostali i projektanti ze zahrani\u010dn\u00ed centr\u00e1ly investora. Pro \u00fasp\u011bch bylo z na\u0161eho pohledu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 to, \u017ee jsme spole\u010dn\u011b s gener\u00e1ln\u00edm projektantem pracovali na projektu ji\u017e ve f\u00e1zi jeho p\u0159\u00edpravy. Pro gener\u00e1ln\u00edho projektanta jsme spole\u010dn\u011b s na\u0161\u00edm intern\u00edm technick\u00fdm odd\u011blen\u00edm a na\u0161\u00edm statikem p\u0159ipravili vhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed kotven\u00ed vysok\u00fdch st\u011bn (a\u017e 15 m do v\u00fd\u0161ky) a hlavn\u011b vyztu\u017een\u00ed pomoc\u00ed \u017eelezobetonov\u00fdch v\u011bnc\u016f do U-profil\u016f. I kotveni obvodov\u00fdch panel\u016f je unik\u00e1tn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed a jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro n\u00e1s p\u0159ipravila spole\u010dnost HILTI, se kterou na kotven\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch b\u0159emen \u00fazce spolupracujeme. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed z na\u0161\u00ed strany byl dohled a kontrola po celou dobu v\u00fdstavby obou budov.\u201c<\/p>\n
Stavebn\u011b technick\u00fdm dozorem investora je Ing. Radoslav Vejmelka, kter\u00fd ocenil hladk\u00fd a bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh v\u00fdstavby 1. etapy roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1vodu La Lorraine:\u00a0\u201ePro stavbu byly projektantem navr\u017eeny osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed postupy a materi\u00e1ly. Pro zalo\u017een\u00ed stavby byly pou\u017eity vrtan\u00e9 monolitick\u00e9 piloty, sama stavba je navr\u017eena z prefabrik\u00e1t\u016f. Fas\u00e1da je navr\u017eena a provedena z lehk\u00fdch sendvi\u010dov\u00fdch panel\u016f. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 zd\u011bn\u00e9 konstrukce, st\u011bny a p\u0159izd\u00edvky jsou navr\u017eeny ze syst\u00e9mu Ytong. Zdivo Ytong spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky na vy\u017eadovanou po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed odolnost, statiku, rychlost zd\u011bn\u00ed a snadnou opracovatelnost\u00a0zdiva. K p\u0159ednostem syst\u00e9mu Ytong pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 v\u00fdborn\u00e1 rovinnost vyzd\u011bn\u00fdch st\u011bn, na kter\u00e9 se potom snadno prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed tenkovrstv\u00e9 om\u00edtky a dal\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou vy\u017eadov\u00e1ny, aby zdivo z tohoto materi\u00e1lu spl\u0148ovalo i po\u017eadavky na plynot\u011bsnost. Se v\u0161emi navr\u017een\u00fdmi a n\u00e1sledn\u011b realizovan\u00fdmi a osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdmi konstrukcemi byly p\u0159i realizaci ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, a nen\u00ed proto d\u016fvod pro dal\u0161\u00ed etapy nic m\u011bnit. Obdobn\u00e9 konstrukce a materi\u00e1ly budou pou\u017eity i pro dal\u0161\u00ed etapy v\u00fdstavby.\u201c<\/p>\n
Krom\u011b tv\u00e1rnic Ytong Klasik (P2-500) v tlou\u0161\u0165k\u00e1ch 100, 150, 200 a 250 mm byly na obou objektech pou\u017eity tv\u00e1rnice pro nosn\u00e9 zdivo s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnost\u00ed Ytong Statik (P4-550) v tlou\u0161\u0165k\u00e1ch 200 a 250 mm, Ytong U-profily (skryt\u00e9 bedn\u011bn\u00ed pro v\u011bnce), Ytong zd\u00edc\u00ed malta,\u00a0Ytong nosn\u00e9 a nenosn\u00e9 p\u0159eklady\u00a0a Ytong spojky zdiva.<\/p>\n
